Terms of Use
Clear expectations for using AfterFire.
These terms describe the fitness, account, AI, subscription, and data responsibilities that apply when you use AfterFire.
Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. By accepting, you also acknowledge the current Privacy Policy. AI processing, health connections, notifications, microphone, and camera access require separate choices when applicable.
Personal wellness use
AfterFire is for lawful personal fitness and general-wellness tracking. You may not attempt to access another account, test or disrupt the service without written permission, bypass plan or safety limits, automate abusive traffic, upload malicious content, reverse engineer protected services, or use AfterFire to harm another person.
Account responsibility
Keep control of the account and device used to access AfterFire. Review information you enter, imports you connect, and changes you approve. Contact AfterFire support promptly if you believe your account or device has been compromised.
Not medical care
AfterFire does not provide emergency services and is not a physician, registered dietitian, pharmacist, therapist, or other licensed professional. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Do not use it to start, stop, or change medication or treatment. Seek qualified or emergency care when symptoms, injury, eating behavior, or other circumstances warrant it.
Exercise and supplement risk
Exercise carries a risk of injury. Stop for concerning pain or symptoms and seek appropriate care. Supplement-label transcription and overlap notices are not dosage instructions or interaction screening. AfterFire does not collect a complete medication history and cannot determine whether a supplement is safe for you.
AI, estimates, and connected data
AI responses, meal estimates, workout suggestions, progress interpretations, and device readings can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Sources and confidence labels help explain a result but do not guarantee it. You remain responsible for reviewing information before saving a log, approving a change, or acting on a suggestion. A wearable or health-platform record remains subject to the accuracy and availability of its source.
Changes require approval
Coach may prepare an editable change to supported workouts, reminders, or goals. It may not silently apply a change. The app shows what will change and requires your separate approval. Some recent changes may be undoable for a limited period; an available undo option is not a guarantee that every action can always be reversed.
Your content
You retain ownership of information and images you provide. You give AfterFire limited permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate features you request, secure the service, satisfy legal duties, and support account recovery. You confirm you have the right to provide the content and will not upload another person’s sensitive information without lawful authority and permission.
Privacy and data controls
The Privacy Policy describes data use, service providers, security, retention, and deletion. Data & Privacy controls let you restrict AI access, review Coach activity, and download account records. Disconnecting a provider stops future synchronization but does not automatically erase records already imported into AfterFire.
Plans and subscriptions
AfterFire Free includes the exercise library, workout creation and running, workout history, and core account controls. AfterFire Pro adds nutrition, recovery and body tracking, AI-assisted features, personalized recommendations, goals, and advanced insights. The exact Apple-localized price and renewal period are shown before purchase. Complimentary, family, and promotional grants remain separate from paid subscriptions and never convert into charges automatically.
Billing
Web subscriptions may be processed through Stripe, iPhone subscriptions through Apple, and Android subscriptions through Google Play. The provider that processes a purchase also governs purchase management, cancellation mechanics, refund eligibility, taxes, billing disputes, grace periods, and required transaction retention. Cancellation normally stops renewal rather than immediately ending the remaining paid period.
Referrals and promotional access
Eligible new accounts may attach one other member’s referral code before the first paid subscription. When Apple offer inventory is available, the referred member may receive 20% off the first billing period. If that purchase remains paid and unrefunded for 30 days, the referrer may receive one month through an Apple offer code. Referral benefits do not stack with an introductory offer, are noncash, may expire, and are limited to prevent abuse. Self-referrals and duplicate attribution are not allowed.
Availability and changes
AfterFire may change, contain errors, or become unavailable. Features, integrations, models, and plan placement may change. Material changes to these terms or the Privacy Policy receive a new date and may require renewed acceptance. AfterFire may use feature limits or temporarily disable an AI or integration feature to protect users or the service.
Suspension and ending use
You may stop using AfterFire and delete your data. Access may be suspended or ended for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or discontinuation. Data-access and deletion rights remain available as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to identity verification and lawful retention obligations.
Disclaimers and limitation
AfterFire is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, specific fitness results, or suitability for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or reliance on the service. Nothing here limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
Applicable law and complete agreement
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. The Privacy Policy and any purchase terms shown by a billing provider are incorporated where relevant. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
