Structured strength plans
Create sets, reps, load, rest, rounds, and supersets around the equipment you actually have.
Now available on the App Store
AfterFire connects the goals, equipment, training history, nutrition, and available recovery data you choose to share—then turns that context into useful guidance and reviewable next steps.
A coach that can look things up
Ask what you lifted last Tuesday, how sleep lined up with recent performance, what your nutrition logs show across a date range, or what to train next. Coach retrieves the records you have permitted, separates facts from estimates, and explains what supports the answer.

Built around the work
AfterFire supports the full strength-training loop—from building the workout to recording exactly what happened and carrying that history into the next decision.
Create sets, reps, load, rest, rounds, and supersets around the equipment you actually have.
See exercise guidance, history, what comes next, timers, substitutions, and Coach support while the screen stays awake.
Save completed sets, reps, load, skipped work, total volume, feedback, and progress that future guidance can use.

Less friction between sets
The active exercise stays clear, the next movement and load stay visible, substitutions are scoped to the current workout, and changed default weights are confirmed at the moment they matter.
Muscle coverage map
Turn a list of exercises into a visual training story. The front-and-back map summarizes effective-set coverage from workouts recorded in AfterFire, then lets you inspect a muscle and find relevant routines.

What makes AfterFire different
Coach can answer a question, find the relevant history, explain the evidence, and prepare a workout or supported change for you to approve.
Your goals, equipment, recent training, nutrition, and recovery can inform the same answer when you allow them.
Logged values, estimates, plans, imported readings, and missing information are not treated as if they mean the same thing.
AI starts off, data categories are selectable, and supported Coach actions require review before they are applied.
Workout history, volume, goals, measurements, and the muscle map turn records into useful patterns.
The other 23 hours count too
Food and drinks, hydration, supplements, sleep, body progress, recovery, and selected Apple Health signals give Coach a fuller picture—without pretending that an unlogged day means nothing happened.

“Your health data isn’t the product.” AfterFire does not sell personal or health data, does not use it for advertising, and lets you control whether AI can use each supported category.

Planned for a future update
AfterFire is available now with a deliberate strength-training focus. The next planned expansion targets walking, running, cycling, and interval training.
AI-powered strength coaching, workout creation, guided strength sessions, history, volume, substitutions, muscle coverage, and connected context.
Dedicated session experiences and activity-appropriate metrics are planned.
Future Coach and workout-building logic is planned to account for both strength and cardio.
