Account and privacy
Email verification confirms that you control the address tied to the account. After verification, return to AfterFire and sign in with the verified credentials.
After you sign in successfully and enable biometric unlock, Face ID can unlock the securely stored session on that device. Your credentials still remain the recovery and account-verification method.
Use a password that satisfies the requirements shown in the app, including uppercase, lowercase, and numeric characters. Leaked-password protection may reject known-compromised passwords even if they otherwise fit the format.
Open Data & Privacy in AfterFire to download available account data or permanently delete the account. You may also email support for access, correction, deletion, or security help.
Workouts
AfterFire stores active workout progress so a supported interrupted session can be resumed. Confirm the workout and completed-set history before discarding anything.
No. A substitution during an active session applies to the remainder of that workout unless you separately edit the saved plan.
When you change the load during a workout, AfterFire can ask whether that should become the saved default next time. Choosing “this workout only” keeps the saved plan unchanged.
Completed and planned work, reps, skipped work, total weight lifted, feedback, and the saved workout record. If a total appears wrong, email the workout name, date, app version, and a screenshot.
AI Coach
Check that AI processing is enabled and the relevant data category is permitted. Coach should explain when records are missing, outside the requested range, or unavailable rather than inventing an answer.
Confirm the phone has a working internet connection and audio is not being routed unexpectedly. Tap the voice once and allow the sample to load. If it fails repeatedly, include the voice name and app version in your support message.
No. Supported actions are prepared for review and require separate approval. If an approved action does not appear, send the conversation time, workout name, and what you approved.
Yes. Open Data & Privacy to control supported categories such as workouts, nutrition and hydration, goals and profile, sleep and recovery, supplements, measurements, and selected Apple Health context.
Tracking
Unknown means AfterFire does not have a defensible value from the saved entry or source. Zero should be used only when zero is known. Photo and AI analysis can estimate common nutrients but should not invent unsupported values.
Yes, when the saved item contains a recognized water amount. The linked hydration entry should remain associated with the original food or drink so the same physical intake is not counted twice.
Only confirmed doses with known nutrient information should contribute. A scheduled plan alone does not count as intake, and a dose already represented by a food or drink entry can be excluded from duplicate totals.
Photo analysis should focus on the intended subject and ask when multiple plausible plates are visible. Review each item and portion before saving. If it does not ask, cancel the draft and report the image-analysis issue.
Plans and billing
Open Plan & Billing in AfterFire and choose Restore Purchases. Access activates after AfterFire verifies the signed Apple transaction and connects it to your account.
Manage AfterFire through Apple Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the AfterFire app does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility. The App Store purchase sheet shows the exact offer, price, renewal period, and terms that apply to your Apple Account.
Apple processes iPhone subscription billing and makes refund decisions. AfterFire support can help verify access or troubleshoot restoration, but it cannot approve an Apple refund.
