AFTERFIREBROADBRAIN DEVELOPMENT

The AfterFire experience

Built to turn training data into better decisions.

Strength workouts sit at the center. Coach, the muscle map, nutrition, recovery, progress, and selected health context make that training more personal and more useful.

Six connected parts

More than a workout log.

Each part has a clear job. Together, they create the context that lets AfterFire Coach answer better questions and suggest more useful next steps.

AI

Personal AI Coach

Ask questions across permitted history, understand patterns, create workouts, and review supported plan changes before approving them.

W

Guided strength training

Build workouts with supersets and rounds, follow a focused runner, substitute movements, and save exactly what was completed.

M

Muscle coverage map

See front-and-back effective-set coverage calculated from recorded training and inspect individual muscle groups.

N

Food, drinks, and hydration

Log itemized meals, reusable recipes, nutrition labels, photos, micronutrients, drinks, and water without obvious double counting.

R

Recovery and health context

Track sleep, supplements, body progress, and optional read-only Apple Health signals with source and coverage boundaries intact.

P

Progress and reporting

Review workout history, volume, goals, measurements, progress photos, trends, and a provider-friendly wellness PDF.

Strength plans that stay practical

Build around your goals and equipment—not an imaginary gym.

Create a plan manually or ask Coach to prepare one from your current goal, available equipment, recovery context, and recent training. Either way, you review the full workout before saving it.

  • Sets, reps, load, rest, rounds, and supersets
  • Exercise instructions, previews, and training history
  • Current-session substitutions that leave the saved plan unchanged
  • Suggested alternatives that target the same muscle group and avoid movements already in the plan
  • Immediate prompts before changing a saved default weight

Muscle coverage

A visual answer to “What have I actually been training?”

Completed workout records feed the muscle map. Brighter regions represent more effective-set coverage in the selected history window, while the detail view connects a selected muscle with matching saved routines.

  • Front and back body views
  • Coverage based on completed sets
  • Muscle-specific detail
  • A natural starting point for a Coach follow-up
The map is a training-history visualization, not a biological measurement of activation, growth, fatigue, or injury.

Connected tracking

The supporting context, organized around real life.

Food and drinks

Keep meals separate from drinks, save reusable recipes, scan individual labels, include water as a valid ingredient, and review AI or photo estimates before saving.

  • Calories, macros, and supported micronutrients
  • AI logging with portion review
  • Plate-subject clarification when another plate may be visible

Hydration that reconciles

Water inside a drink can update hydration without becoming a second independent intake. Matching amount-and-time entries can be reviewed instead of blindly doubled.

  • Recognizes common ounce formatting variations
  • Links water back to its food or drink source
  • Keeps one physical drink from inflating statistics

Supplements without moving targets

Scheduled supplements stay in a stable order, off-day plans remain below a divider, and rapid taps can queue instead of blocking each other.

  • Nutrients count only when a dose is marked taken
  • Plan existence stays separate from confirmed intake
  • Duplicate nutrition sources can be excluded

Sleep, body, and recovery

Log overnight sleep accurately, add quality, track weight and measurements, keep private progress photos, and connect selected Apple Health categories.

  • Local-day boundaries reset correctly
  • Missing data remains unknown
  • Apple Health is optional and read-only

Your choice of context

Track what helps. Connect only what you want.

AfterFire’s value does not depend on pretending every field is complete. The app preserves the difference between records, estimates, plans, sensor readings, and gaps—so Coach can be useful without overstating certainty.

Useful beyond the app

A concise wellness report you can actually share.

Generate an AfterFire-branded PDF covering useful trends and available coverage across training, intake, hydration, sleep, body measures, and supplements. Review the destination before emailing it, or save and share it through iPhone.

The report is designed to help a healthcare provider scan the bigger picture without burying them in every personal record or strength statistic.

The report is a user-controlled general-wellness summary, not a diagnosis or a replacement for clinical records.
